In a street full of choices, we picked a quiter option café — and we couldn’t have been happier! The cafe seemed to be loved by locals popping in for the regular coffee but we were really impressed by the menu even though the name suggests it’s an expresso bar. The staff here were so friendly, the food was absolutely delicious, served quickly, and at a great price. We’re from North Queensland, so it’s a shame we can’t pop back regularly, but if you’re local (or passing through), this café is well worth a visit. We highly suggest you try the HUGE breakfast.

We were driving through Woodford and stumbled upon the Sticks&Stones cafe. The food was fantastic and the service excellent. Make sure you try the raspberry waffles - it was divine! Highly recommended for a quick, wholesome brekky, brunch or lunch.

Absolutely divine food. Fresh food with a generous serving. We ordered a huge breakfast (including steak) and an egg bene and it fed our family of 3. We are so full and happy

Lovely country cafe. Mainstream menu delivered in generous portions, reasonably priced. House blend coffee is strong with caramel notes. Service is kind. The decore is cottage, homely and inviting. Crazy light fitting above the front counter. Delightful touches like flowers for sale. Has a real community feel. Access is ok. The door has a sealed ramp but the door needs to be opened so assistance may be required. There is a step up from the curb but surrounding pathways are flat & sealed Neurodiverse it's got calm vibes and cosy so you'll feel safe.

What more can I say, the staff are amazing, always friendly and courteous. The food is sensational, a wonderful variety and good value for money. There’s vegan and gluten free options available. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. AND, the coffee is always consistently fantastic. If you’re looking for somewhere to stop for a drink and something to eat when you’re in Woodford, Sticks & Stones is the place to go.

My go to place! You will be welcomed with bright smiles and lovely friendly staff! As well as this, they always manage to complete orders in a quick time frame! You can be sure to leave this with a smile and a full belly
